If you understand marketing, please answer. Otherwise, please don’t. I’m looking for people with true marketing experience to reply.
Thank you for understanding!

Hiya David,
The only way you can get an accurate price point for this ebook is to do a split test.
You can find the script to do this, some of which are free, with a simple search.
I know this probably isn’t the type of answer you were looking for, but any answers of $7, $12, $17, or $27 by anyone would be a simple guess or a matter of opinion.
If you want the hard facts, do a split test and you will find the most profitable price point.
As a rule of thumb, the only correct price for any product, is the price the market is willing to bear.
I think you will convert better if you tweak your page, or get a stylish template. The status of the page will directly affect the sales.
I certainly wish you the best!
I would probably go for $35.00 – $50.00 range for the information. I will tell you honestly though, sales are going to rely on a lot more than just a bunch of story text, it lacks a strong sales pitch or good enough reason to read through. The site doesn’t look like it would convert well. I would suggest investing in a better design.
At the top I would have a picture of a diseased gum close up and in large Heading fonts write something along the lines of “Gum Disease Can Happen to You”. From there I would lure them in to reading more with some other headline on treatments , like the one you were about to undergo. From there tell them you have a way to avoid those treatments.
I see you got yourself added to the ClickBank program so it is going to be important to change the design so affiliate marketers want to market you.
