I am currently studying my gcses in the UK. In the future I would like to go into business with my friend and produce a popular anime/cartoon style show (we already have some initial concepts). We are considering starting with comics or small graphic novels. I am good at illustrating these but would like in the future to improve my skills to a competitive level in the market.
In this question I am asking the following things (they are in order of importance):
1. Does anyone know of any contacts I could get in touch with to ask some questions, or get advice? (email addresses would be preferable)
2. Can anyone tell me what universities/courses I should be looking at (in the UK).
3. Any places for ideal work experience, after university?
