I have Eudora which I want to use for marketing e-mail. My problem is that every time I want to send my e-mail it is formating. Which is really funny I have tried almost everything what I know how to do. But it seems impossible to get it right. I’ve done it already on accident, but, that was just a test version. I know that “well I think I know” that I have to put it in Word Pad and save it as an rtf file. Which seems not the problem, but I don’t know what I’ve done because now when I want to save at as an rtf file it still will formate my document. For example, my picture is not on the place where I put it on Ms Word or a text is not there where I put it. So I am really lost, please, I need some advice. If you need some more info I glad to give more. But, I actually just need someone who tells me why my test document works and my other document doesn’t.
